How to withdraw

• Send a clear statement to info@pirkt24.lv within 14 days after receipt, or use the form below.
• Include your name, contact details, order number, receipt date and the goods concerned.
• Return or hand over the goods within 14 days after sending the statement.
• Keep proof of dispatch until the refund is complete.

Condition and return costs

You may inspect goods as you could in a shop. You are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

For an ordinary withdrawal, the consumer pays the direct return cost. For wrong, damaged or non-conforming goods, the warranty claim process applies and the seller bears reasonable transport costs.

Refund

We refund the purchase price and the least expensive standard delivery cost within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods or proof of dispatch is received.

Any surcharge for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the consumer is not refunded. The original payment method is normally used.

Exceptions

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
• Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
• Sealed software, audio or video recordings once unsealed.
• Other exceptions provided by applicable law.
