Warranty
A commercial warranty does not restrict statutory consumer rights where goods do not conform to the contract.

A consumer may submit a non-conformity claim within two years after delivery and should submit it within two months after discovering the issue.
The consumer may first request free repair or replacement unless the selected remedy is impossible or disproportionate. Where the law permits, a price reduction or termination and refund may be requested.
How to make a claim
- Email info@pirkt24.lv with the order number, product and description of the issue.
- Attach photos or video where useful.
- Keep proof of purchase; original packaging is not a condition for statutory rights.
- Wait for return instructions before sending the product.
Manufacturer’s commercial warranty
Where a manufacturer gives an additional warranty, its period and terms appear in the warranty document. It supplements and does not replace the seller’s statutory responsibility.
