Prepayment invoice and bank transfer

A PDF prepayment invoice is generated after order submission. Use the invoice or order number as the payment reference.

Fulfilment starts after funds are received unless the confirmation says otherwise. An interbank transfer may take one or more business days.

Online payments

If online banking or card payment is offered at checkout, payment processing is provided by the https://makecommerce.lv/ platform, Maksekeskus AS. Available methods may include Latvian online banks (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor) and Visa/Mastercard cards; the list shown at checkout is binding for the particular order.

After confirming an online-bank payment, click “Return to merchant” so Pirkt24 receives the payment result. Pirkt24 does not receive or store full payment-card details.

Prices and refunds

• Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Delivery is calculated separately and shown before order submission.
• If a payment fails, do not pay repeatedly; check the order status or contact us.
• Refunds are made to the original payment method unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
