Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered in approximately 2–15 working days after order confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of payment.

The time varies by item depending on supplier stock and the selected delivery method. The estimated date for each item appears on its product page and is not guaranteed.

For a multi-item order, the item with the longest delivery time may determine the overall time. We will use the order contact details to notify you of a material delay.

Receiving the parcel

• Inspect the outer packaging when the parcel arrives.
• Photograph visible damage and, where possible, record it with the carrier.
• Report a wrong, incomplete or damaged parcel to info@pirkt24.lv promptly and include photos and the order number.
• The carrier sets the parcel-locker storage period; an uncollected parcel may be returned to the seller.
