Purchase terms
These terms govern purchases on pirkt24.lv and, together with the order summary, form the terms of the distance contract.
Version effective from 28 July 2026.If translations differ, the Latvian version prevails for interpretation of the legal relationship.
1. Seller and scope
Seller: SIA LBSE, registration No. 40203333193, VAT No. LV40203333193, Daugavpils, Strādnieku iela 99-41, LV-5417, info@pirkt24.lv, +37123237568.
Mandatory Latvian and EU consumer protection rules apply. The consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases unless agreed in writing.
2. Products, prices and stock
Images are illustrative and colour or packaging may differ slightly. Material characteristics appear in the product description.
Prices are in EUR with applicable taxes; delivery is separate. We will contact you before confirmation if an obvious technical price or description error is found.
Stock is synchronised with suppliers but may sell out. We will offer an alternative or promptly refund any amount paid.
3. Order and contract formation
Before submitting, the buyer checks the basket, contact details, delivery and payment and accepts these terms.
An automated receipt confirms that the order reached us but does not guarantee stock. For prepayment or online payment, the contract takes effect once payment has been successfully received in the online store’s bank account; otherwise, when the seller confirms fulfilment or dispatches the goods.
An order may be rejected if goods are unavailable, information is clearly incorrect, payment is not received or fraud is reasonably suspected.
4. Payment terms
The settlement currency is euro (EUR). The buyer selects a method available at checkout; the binding total, including delivery, is shown before the order is submitted.
Online payments are provided by the https://makecommerce.lv/ platform, Maksekeskus AS. Depending on the checkout offer, payment may be made through Latvian online banks (Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor) or by Visa/Mastercard. A method not shown at checkout is unavailable for that order.
After confirming an online-bank payment, the buyer must click “Return to merchant” so the payment result is correctly sent to the online store.
Personal data required to make a payment is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice.
5. Delivery
The buyer selects a delivery method available at checkout. Delivery charges and the binding order total are shown before the order is submitted.
The estimated delivery time is 2–15 working days after order confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of payment. The time varies by item, and its estimated date appears on the product page.
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes when the consumer or a nominated third party other than the carrier receives the goods.
6. Withdrawal, returns and warranty
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right subject to statutory exceptions. Full notice, return and refund rules are on the returns page.
Non-conformity claims follow the warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Liability and force majeure
Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by circumstances that could not reasonably be foreseen or prevented. This does not remove the duty to refund an order that cannot be fulfilled.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Complaints and law
Send complaints to info@pirkt24.lv. Written consumer complaints are answered within the statutory period.
Latvian law applies without removing mandatory protection in the consumer’s country of residence. Unresolved disputes may be submitted to a competent consumer body or court.
